Marcel Abel is the Founder and Director of GeoRGB community. Marcel has more than 10 years of experience as a hydrogeologist in the area of environment, working for the oil and gas industry at the up and downstream sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Barcelona before going on to complete a Master of Applied Science degree, also in Geology, from the University of Barcelona. He has a postgraduate studies on hydrogeology from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and a Master of Applied Science degree in Geographic Information System from the University of Girona.
